لیپیدذخیره شده در پهلو ریسک بیماری های قلبی عروقی را زیاد میکند

به نقل از دانشمندان، چربی پهلو خطر مریضی های قلبی عروقی را زیاد میکند

به گفته مهر، پایان پژوهش ها برداشت می شود افزایش ریسک ابتلابه مریضی های قلبی رگ ها

در افراد حاوی چربی پهلو در مقایسه با انسان های که دارای چربی در دیگر نقاط بدن شان می باشند، بیشتر است.

در این مطالعه، محققان کیفیت و کمیت چربی شکمی ۱۱۰۶ فرد بزرگسال با میانگین سنی ۴۵ سال را بررسی کردند.

بعد از شش سال مطالعه، محققان دریافتند افزایش میزان چربی و کاهش تراکم چربی با تغییر در ریسک بروز بیماری قلبی-عروقی مرتبط است. یافته ها همچنین نشان داد میزان چربی اضافی با شروع بروز فشار خون بالا، تری گلیسیرید بالا و سندروم متابولیک همراه است.

کارولین فاکس، سرپرست تیم تحقیق، در این باره می گوید: «نکته جالب توجه در نتایج این تحقیق این است که افزایش در میزان چربی شکمی و کاهش تراکم چربی با فاکتورهای وخیم تر ریسک بیماری قلبی مرتبط است.»

کارشناسان سلامت معتقدند شناسایی محل و نوع چربی بدن اطلاعات بهتری را در مقایسه با شاخص توده بدنی ارائه می کند.
